NATL RESOURCE LIST by this twitter user
PREVENTING BURNOUT
*try to avoid posting pictures that include protesters.
/ / ON COVID-19:
please get tested for covid at least 5 days after exposure (protesting) or else you may get a false negative result.
And regardless of testing, please be prepared to isolate yourself for 2 weeks if you decide to go protesting. be responsible. healthcare providers may not always ask, but if they do, IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED YOU TELL HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS YOU WERE PROTESTING. THEY MAY DENY YOU COVERAGE OR TREATMENT. (check if your policy has a civil unrest clause)*. if you decide not to disclose that information, consider AN ALIBI and/or be vague. if your test is positive and the state calls you after the fact, this is what will happen (at least for minnesota. check ahead of time to see if this is the same in your state.)
*local hospitals and clinics are not supposed do contact tracing, only health departments. still be cautious.
*the ER will (should) not refuse you. again, still exercise caution.
call the covid hotline to get a special code to take to the location for FREE TESTING.
